California Drought Report #13

CA Rain ForecastI looked at Joe Bastardi’s Saturday Summary again this morning and he is still forecasting lots of rain for California in the coming week. And, for parts of California more than normal rain fall for the next 45 days. The video is  HERE.  The California forecast comes at the end of Joe’s video which is only seven minutes long, so be patient.

This does not mean the drought is over, it only means that we are seeing the result of a weak El Niño, which is bring us some spring moisture.  Once the El Niño collapses we will be back to the dryness of a cool PDO.
